iameb 57 makes an IDM/Glitch version of his track..a first genre change for Dangerbox, bringing an incredible lead into the mix, and bringing out more of an emotional side to the track, with samples of what seems to be a telephone conversation or a female speaking thats’s very subtle in the background. iameb 57 also produces under “Enabl.ed” and getting much attention in the IDM scene today.
4Frame seems to reenacted his emotion’s through his music perfectly.

Stars From Below is on the jumpier side. Bass is very playful, and the notes flow through perfectly. Both tracks, experiment with time delay [bounce], simular to a stutter on a cd skipping. These [jumps] were made on purpose. Enjoy, this one.

Fantastic Four comes back strong with Flashtech on this monster tune. All Night Long, tends to capture full attention to all of those who love agressive basslines. Both artists create this fascinating build in the track leading up to one of those perfect melodies. If I can describe, it would be dreamy and mesmerizing. Just one of those melodies that you can picture yourself hearing “LIVE” at peak time in the clubs. With Roggu on the remix, he gives this song just a bit of a turn around, making the track a little bit more memorable for the dance-floors. Love it.

Dangerbox does it again with a big bang delivering a real smasher for the modern big room floors. If you like your beats to be big fat sharp and very driving then you will adore this exceptional package that includes two very different versions. Original is electro prog trancer with melodic melancholic touches large electro style riffs and great build up for that so much needed hands in the air moment. Roggu on the other side delivers again the goods with a superb playful twisted and booty shaking version that has the bounce and the groove to get you right at the top. Particularly the breakdown is very exciting with large synthy rays that lead on a very mad main part with distorted swirling melodies that add a tech edge to it as well recalling tracks by Aerofoil & Marc Simz. Description:
After his collaboration with Binary Finary, Roggu pumps out another awesome tune titled “Snow”. The bass in the original mix is energized, and growling. Roggu’s musical thought on “Snow” seems very aggressive and pleasant. Jective presents his new alias Muska on his version of Snow, full of high-energy and bass-heavy rhythms. We would categorize his remix as coming close to something Wolfgang Gartner would do, but the fusion of the bass and trance just seems so perfect. It’s that track you love for the early winter.

While any change in an industry with massively passionate fans will warrant push back out of what I can only suspect is fear. The simple fact of the matter is everyone should be happy about this really. If you step back and look at what Tiesto just did, it really makes sense and should garner more respect. Tiesto, a Legend in Electronic Music production, someone who shaped the industry itself, not because he wanted to, but because the gravity of his own success pulled fans from all corners of the world; has been making music lately that has one foot planted in the “Pop” music industry and the other true to his past. Lots of people have been angry about such things. David Guetta, Deadmau5, and Tiesto have all taken flack for making music with Rap artists and figures like Rihanna and generally just making music that people who know nothing about the industry would like.

Then, Tiesto steps up and says, enough is enough. By standing behind a new genre, championing it in the spotlight, Tiesto has taken his music away from the Trance and House scenes to let the artists there make music truly worthy of the Genre’s name. He realized that no one was happy calling this “pop” music House and certainly not happy calling it Trance. Now we can neatly place Tiesto’s new pop-ish works in a category all their own and leave the true Trance to excellent artists, like everyone involved with this label and people who have been doing it just as long, like Thrillseekers, Gareth Emery, and Lange. I mean, have you heard any of Sundrowner’s tracks?! F***!, And that’s just ONE GUY on this label. Not to get all Dangerbox-puffy over here, but whoever is running this place knows how to pick ‘em.

But I digress, is the Industry diluting itself? I don’t know, is Tiesto the industry? I think Electronic Music is just fine, even better now that we have a massively successful artist that shows he can care about pushing the sound into pop culture and care about the industry that brought him to where he is all at the same time. Then again, that’s just my take on it.
